[4 Hands Collective] Gyudon / Simmered Japanese Wagyu Beef (Pkt, 250g)

Gyūdon, also known as gyūmeshi, is a Japanese dish consisting of a bowl of rice topped with wagyu beef and onion simmered in a mildly sweet sauce flavoured with dashi, soy sauce and mirin. Wagyu beef slices here are simmered in a broth of onions, beef stock, mirin and soy sauce for 4 hours. It has incredibly soft texture, and is perfectly complimented with an Onsen Egg.
- Ingredients: Wagyu Chuck Steak, Onions, Beef Stock, Mirin, Soy Sauce, Sugar, Vegetable Oil
- Cooking instructions: (1) Place a pot of water over medium to high heat. Once the water has boiled, switch off the heat source and place the frozen packet in. Heat all the way through for 6 to 8 mins or till hot. Cut open and serve up in a bowl. (2) Or, thaw in chiller overnight and heat up in a pan.
