- !!! Storage: Like the Oba leaves, Hana Hojiso flowers are incredibly sensitive. Too cold, and they wilt and turn black. Do store your leaves with the plastic packaging wrapped in newspaper (helps absorb moisture) and store in the chiller away from the vent

Most of us are very familiar with Oba Leaves (commonly referred to as Shiso Leaves). These beautiful, edible flowers – Hana Hojiso – are the blooms of the very same plant. Most commonly, these are used as garnish!
