Mentaiko is an extremely versatile ingredient that can be used in various ways. Some of our favourites include using it as a topping for Tamagoyaki, and seafood items like Hotate (Scallops) and various types of Ebi (Prawns), as well as mixed into a hearty cream based Mentaiko pasta!

- While frozen – it can easily be portioned out. We recommend squeezing out what you need before storing in a ziplock bag and back into the freezer for up to 6 months, or till expiry as stated on the packaging.
