- Availability: All year round, during the approximate months of June to August it’s Green, while it’s typically Yellow between September to May
- Do note that the exact months differ slightly every year
- Typically flown in on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, but do check out or flight schedules for the month or drop us a message.

Description
Japanese Yuzu Fruit / 柚子 (ゆず) / Citrus junos presents itself in either green or yellow depending on the season and its stage of ripeness. While it is ultimately the same fruit, green yuzu tends to have a more intense and tart flavour (savoury note). On the other hand, yellow yuzu is on the mellower side and a relatively sweeter flavour profile.

- Weights provided are estimates and are dependent on the measurements of each catch – which see some pieces being smaller than others. We ensure that the minimum weights stated are met. Should you receive a larger piece, consider it your lucky day. Prices stated will be honoured.
