Sekogani セコガニ refers specifically to female Japanese Snow Crabs. They are harvested from the cold waters of Japan in the late Autumn and Winter months, and are prized for their sweetness. Beyond that, they are well recognized for having 2 types of roe – Uchiko and Sotoko! Treat yourself to a taste of Japan’s winter bounty, and bring the flavours of the season to your table.
