Soshinsen DIY Chirashi Set

Dinner parties that we have facilitated or organised often leaves us with a question – what more can we do to come up with better and more creative ways to both feed AND educate our customers and friends? This resulted in the creation of our series of Chirashi Packs – where you and friends or family can mingle over putting together bowls of Chirashi for each other. The Soshinsen Chirashi Pack is suitable for 4 to 6 pax, consisting of:

• 250g of Ikura (Salmon Roe)
• 200g of Amaebi Fantail (Sweet Prawns)
• 250g of Hokkaido Hotate (Scallops)
• 200g of Negitoro (Minced Tuna)

Note

1. Weights provided are estimates and are dependent on the measurements of each catch – which see some pieces being smaller than others. We ensure that the minimum weights stated are met. Should you receive a larger piece, consider it your lucky day. Prices stated will be honoured.
