Delivery & Refund Policy

1. Delivery fees

Complimentary delivery is provided for orders above $100. For orders below $100, a non-refundable delivery fee is chargeable.


2. Refunds* and returns

At Soshinsen, we pride ourselves in serving quality produce to restaurants and home cooks alike. If you are not satisfied with an item, drop us an email at to let us know your experiences and/or to share any areas for improvement. Do provide us with clear images of the product within 6 hours of delivery time, do also indicate the dissatisfaction(s) that you may have. Partial refunds may be issued in the event that the product is not in its original condition, and/or packaging. Additionally, discounted items / products that are on sale are non-refundable. 

Perishable items are non-returnable. Should there be an issue with your order, a refund will be issued or a fresh product will be sent over to you once available. 

(*Refunds – both full and partial – will be done at Soshinsen’s discretion and the company reserves the final say in the event that disputes arise.)


3. Missed deliveries 

Given the sensitive nature of produce offered at Soshinsen, we require someone to be physically there to collect the produce at the door. Our delivery team will drop you a text and a call if no one is reachable. Should we remain unable to reach you, our delivery team will wait a maximum of 15 mins before heading off to complete other deliveries.

If the delivery fails, email us at to reschedule your delivery. An additional fee of $15 will be chargeable. 

Should you wish to cancel your order at this juncture, an administrative fee of $25 (excluding GST) will be deducted before a refund is made. Delivery fees are non-refundable. 

Refund amount = Total amount paid – $25 – $15 (for delivery fee, if any)


4. Self-collection

At present, we do not have a retail store. Self-collection is available but is by appointment only. Do drop us a message or call at 96602173 to schedule an appointment with us.
