Delivery & Refund Policy

1. Delivery fees

Complimentary delivery is provided for orders above $100. For orders below $100, a non-refundable delivery fee is chargeable. This will be indicated at checkout. 

 

2. Change in delivery address

If there are any changes in the delivery address / contact details made between submission of order and delivery date, customers are to update us via WhatsApp. at least 24 hours prior to delivery time slot.

 

3. Refunds and Returns

At Soshinsen, we pride ourselves in serving quality produce to restaurants and home cooks alike.

  • Due to the perishable nature of produce, we operate on a no refunds basis. However, if you are not satisfied with an item, drop us an email at enquries@soshinsen.com to let us know your experiences and/or to share any areas for improvement. Do provide us with clear images of the product within 6 hours of delivery time, do also indicate the dissatisfaction(s) that you may have. Based on our discretion, partial refunds may be issued. 
  • Refunds – both in full and partial – will be done at Soshinsen’s discretion, and the company reserves the final say in the event that disputes arise.
  • In the event that promotional codes are used, do note that discount, vouchers and privileges are not exchangeable for cash, kind or other goods and services.

 

4. Missed deliveries 

Given the sensitive nature of produce offered at Soshinsen, we are most comfortable with physically passing the produce to someone. In the event that we are unable to reach anyone upon arrival at door step / lobby / block, there are 3 possible scenarios once our delivery team drops you a call.

  • Scenario #1: We are able to reach you via mobile  – on request – your order will be left by your door-step / requested location and a picture will be taken. This may or may not be sent to you immediately. This will be considered a successful delivery, and no additional charges will apply. Do note that this is done at your discretion, and Soshinsen Market Place Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any damage or missing items.

 

  • Scenario #2: We are able to reach you via mobile, but you are not comfortable with it being left by the door. This would be a failed delivery, and produce will be brought back to our warehouse.

 

  • Scenario #3: We are NOT able to reach you via mobile. This would be a failed delivery, and produce will be brought back to our warehouse.

 

Should there be fresh produce in your order, or if you require the items on the same day, self-collection can be arranged within our office hours (Weekdays 10am to 6pm / Saturday 10 am to 12pm). Alternatively, urgent delivery fee will apply and this will be based on prevailing on-demand delivery app rates (E.g. Lalamove / Grab). 

If the order is NOT urgent, delivery can be arranged for the next working day. Re-delivery fees of $20+GST, will apply. Do reach out to us via WhatsApp.

 

5. Self-collection

At present, we do not have a retail store. Self-collection is available but is by appointment only. Do drop us a message on WhatsApp / call us at 96602173 to schedule an appointment with us.
