Description
Japanese Turnip, or Kabu かぶ, is a tender, mildly sweet root vegetable. Its root is often enjoyed raw, pickled , or lightly cooked—perfect for adding subtle flavour and texture to a variety of dishes. On the other hand, the greens are often consumed cooked as stir fries.
