Description

Japanese Musk Melons are well recognised for its juicy flesh and fragrance, unlike any other. This is largely made possible by the care and attention given to each and every fruit. By allowing only one flower to fruit, all the nutrients and flavours that is taken in by the plant is concentrated in the single fruit. The quality checks don’t just end here. Once the melons have grown to the right size, they are classified into 5 categories – 富士、山、白、雪、キズ – based on a variety of factors including shape, size, net pattern, appearance, sugar content and more.

Pre-order – our cargo is flown in weekly. Do place your orders ahead of time to avoid disappointment. Do refer to our air flown schedule for cut off times.

1. Weights provided are estimates and are dependent on the measurements of each catch – which see some pieces being smaller than others. We ensure that the minimum weights stated are met. Should you receive a larger piece, consider it your lucky day. Prices stated will be honoured.
