Maguro Kama まぐろカマ // Tuna Collar
This is one of our favourite cuts to work with, comprising of lean to fatty meats on the bone. Nothing fancy required, just some good old sea salt and a broiler or oven works great! These come frozen and easily prepared once thawed.
