  • Whole
  • Filleted – fish head, fish bones, 2 fillets
  • Sashimi Saku – fish head, fish bones, 10 to 12 portions x 300g (skin off)
  • Fillet Cut  – fish head, fish bones, 10 to 12 portions x 300g (skin on)
  • Mixed – fish head, fish bones, 5 to 6  portions x 300g (skin off), 5 to 6 portions x 300g (skin on)
• Suitable fo sashimi consumption, or for cooking (skin on)

1. Weights provided are estimates and are dependent on the measurements of each catch – which see some pieces being smaller than others. We ensure that the minimum weights stated are met. Should you receive a larger piece, consider it your lucky day. Prices stated will be honoured.
