Description
Our Chum Salmon Ikura (Salmon Roe) is harvested from wild-caught salmon, cured to perfection for a bright, glossy finish and a subtle pop. Seasoned with Shoyu, they are slightly briny but not overly salty. Perfect served over rice, as a sushi neta, or as a topping for dishes.
Note: As these are wild-caught, actual size and weight may vary depending on the season. Minimum weights are guaranteed, and larger catches are a bonus. Images shown are for reference only.
